Here’s What’s New With Us This Year

We’re So Back

Where’d we go? Let’s break it down.

We onboarded new monthly social media strategy and management clients towards the end of last year. It’s a rush and one of the most fun parts of the job, but it’s a busy time. There’s a lot to establish and learn, but it’s so worth the effort to get clients off to a strong start.

We changed our team structure a little bit to better align with current content and social media trends, including hiring a video editor to focus specifically on long- and short-form social media video content.

We worked on a new offering to match current content trends. We found that most of our clients need two things: smart, effective content and an efficient way to make that happen.

So, we created a new offering for monthly social media content—clients can spend 2-4 hours recording with us and get up to 60 pieces of unique content in return every month. We’re talking long-form videos, short-form clips, graphics, and blog posts. It’s all the content you need to fill out your digital marketing wishlist.

Social Media Updates

So, a lot has happened since we last talked here. And while we think it’s important to know what’s happening on the platforms, we felt that case studies and examples were a little more helpful. Platform and algorithm tweaks are happening all the time, but those alone don’t determine success on social media. You do.

Let us know if you disagree, and we’ll get right back to sharing high-level updates.

Social Ambassadorship on TikTok

TikTok user @bartoli has been building a strong following on the platform over the past few years. He’s a top-tier dough-slinger for Papa John’s who just wanted to way to have fun at work. That’s evolved into almost 1 million followers and hundreds of posts—all amazing promotional content for Papa John’s. Towards the end of last year, we finally saw the company embrace its new-found ambassador. First, a duet with The Papa himself that gained a ton of wholesome engagement. Looks like that’s all the corporate brand needed to see—they featured @bartoli in a piece of ad creative on TikTok to announce new products.

The takeaways: If you’re running out of content ideas, look to your team and/or show how the cake gets baked. This content series with Papa John’s isn’t complex, and that’s the beauty of it. It’s just a guy at work.

Get Over the Millennial Pause

You might not even notice you’re doing it, but it’s really important for your content’s sake to ditch the Millennial Pause. Here’s how to do it.
